Delete your account & data
You're always in control of your HeaVit data. This page explains how to permanently delete your account, whether or not you still have the app installed.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in the app
The fastest way, available any time you're signed in.
- Open HeaVit and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Legal & Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
No longer have HeaVit installed, or can't sign in? Submit a deletion request below using the email address linked to your account, and our team will remove your account and all associated data.
We verify the request is coming from the account owner before deleting anything. Requests are processed within 30 days. You can also email us directly at support@heavit.com.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, body stats, goals and health conditions
- All logged meals, plate scans and recipe imports
- Blood work reports and AI-generated meal plans
- Your login credentials and account access
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Some information may be retained briefly in encrypted backups or where we're required to keep it for legal or fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is purged automatically. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
